This variation on the Swedish Butter Knife will be a unique addition to your hostess toolkit!  The blade and handle core are made from hard maple with the core sandwiched between two pieces of purpleheart to form the handle.  Use it for spreading butter and soft cheeses.  It measures 7 inches long.
